We don’t sell “courses”. We build an elite operator network. Here’s why the scoping call is mandatory:

Zone audit

We don’t launch a brand blind. Together we assess the real order potential on Uber Eats & Deliveroo in your specific city.

Operational scoping

We confirm your partner kitchen can meet our standards. No quality = no business.

Territorial exclusivity

To protect our operators, we cap the number of partners per area. The call confirms whether your territory is still available.

Tailored offer

Every network is different. We define the split and the tools you need so profitability can be immediate.

Clear Answers

dropeat provides the framework, the operator drives execution, and the kitchen produces.
No vague promises — just disciplined, serious execution.

What exactly is dropeat’s role?
+
dropeat does not operate any restaurants. We provide the engineering: training, operational standards, menu structure, KPIs, and optional introductions to partner kitchens.
Who runs the restaurant day to day?
+
That’s the operator’s job. You manage the direct relationship with the kitchen: standards, opening hours, and commercial terms. You are in control of your network.
Who handles disputes and refunds?
+
Incidents are handled through the delivery platforms (Uber Eats, Deliveroo, etc.). Our role is to train you to drastically reduce issues through strict quality-control processes.
Is this model legal?
+
Yes. It’s a brand-licensing and production-outsourcing model. We provide a clear operational and contractual framework to avoid any legal grey areas.
How much do I need to invest to start?
+
No stock, no premises, no team. Your main costs are:
  • Support and tools (menus, visuals, templates).
  • A small, controlled test marketing budget.
  • Your time to manage the launch and execution.
What if the kitchen tries to cut me out?
+
You own your brands, your menus, and your data. The kitchen is a production supplier. By diversifying kitchens over time, you secure the business long-term.
How much does the support cost?
+
Our programmes start from £499. We sell an execution framework and operator systems — not a “get rich without effort” button.
Is this model right for me?
+
If you want instant passive income without doing anything: No. If you want to drive, optimise, and scale a digital network: Yes.
