Article 1 — Seller identity and scope
These Terms and Conditions of Sale (the “Terms”) govern the sale of digital training programmes and support services provided by SR SHOP LIMITED (Company Number: 15567608), registered office: 71–75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom.
These Terms apply exclusively to individual customers acting as consumers. Services intended for “Operator” status (professional) are subject to separate contractual terms.
Article 2 — Nature of the services
dropeat provides training and methodological support only. The content and materials are intended to transmit knowledge and methods.
These services do not constitute legal, tax or financial advice, nor do they include business management services. The customer acknowledges that dropeat does not take part in the actual operation of any commercial activity.
Article 3 — No guarantee of results
No income, turnover, order volume, launch timeframe or level of profitability is guaranteed. Any estimate or numerical example, where provided, is strictly illustrative and does not constitute a commitment.
The customer acknowledges that outcomes depend solely on their decisions, involvement and skills, and on external factors beyond the control of SR SHOP LIMITED.
Article 4 — Pre-contract information and consent
Before placing any order, the customer acknowledges having read and understood the nature of the services, their digital character, the applicable price, the absence of any guarantee of results, access and use conditions, as well as the rules applicable to cancellation.
The customer declares that they contract fully informed, without constraint and without ambiguity.
Article 5 — Price and payment
Prices are stated in pounds sterling (£ / GBP). Where SR SHOP LIMITED is not registered for VAT, no VAT is charged and prices are displayed accordingly. If VAT registration becomes applicable, prices will be updated and VAT shown in accordance with UK law.
Payment is due immediately upon order confirmation. Payment methods may include bank card via a secure payment provider, bank transfer, direct debit, and instalment options where offered.
Any fraudulent or irregular payment attempt will result in immediate cancellation of the order.
Article 6 — Binding order and immediate performance
Any confirmed and paid order is binding and final. Access to the digital content is provided immediately after payment confirmation. The customer acknowledges that performance of the contract begins upon access to the content.
Article 7 — Cancellation: express waiver
Due to the immediate supply of digital content, the customer expressly acknowledges and agrees that performance of the contract begins upon order confirmation.
Accordingly, the customer expressly waives any right to cancel. No refund can be granted once access to the content has been provided.
Article 8 — Personal access and strictly limited use
Access is personal, individual and non-transferable. Any reproduction, distribution, sharing, resale or making available of the content is prohibited.
Any non-compliant use will result in immediate suspension or removal of access, without refund.
Article 9 — Liability and limitations
The liability of SR SHOP LIMITED is strictly limited to direct and foreseeable loss. In any event, the total liability of the company is capped at the amount actually paid by the customer.
Excluded: indirect loss, financial loss, loss of profit, loss of opportunity, and economic consequences arising from the customer’s decisions.
Article 10 — Suspension, termination and exclusion
SR SHOP LIMITED may suspend or terminate access, without notice or compensation, in the event of breach of these Terms, breach of the Terms of Use, fraudulent or abusive use, or any behaviour that harms the service.
Such measures shall not give rise to any refund.
Article 11 — Personal data
Personal data is collected and processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws. Data shared for the purpose of a business introduction is deleted after the introduction has been completed, unless a legal obligation requires otherwise.
The customer has the rights granted by applicable law.
Article 12 — Governing law
These Terms are governed by English law. However, the customer retains the benefit of any mandatory consumer protection provisions applicable in their country of residence where those provisions are more favourable.
Article 13 — Severability and precedence
If any provision is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. These Terms prevail over any marketing or explanatory communication.
Article 14 — Express acceptance
The customer acknowledges having read these Terms before placing any order. Payment confirmation constitutes full, unconditional and irrevocable acceptance of these Terms and Conditions of Sale.
In the event of inconsistency, the version published on the website at the time of acceptance shall prevail.
