Accessibility Statement

Accessibility and support for users of the DropEat website and partner dashboard.

Updated 3 November 2026 · UK / England and Wales

1. Our approach

DropEat aims to provide readable content, keyboard-operable controls, responsive layouts and alternatives to unnecessary motion. We design with recognised WCAG principles in mind but do not claim that every page has passed a complete independent WCAG audit.

2. Known limitations

Some third-party widgets, complex dashboard tools, legacy content or uploaded partner files may be less accessible than the surrounding website. Users may experience issues with focus order, screen reader announcements, contrast or small screens.

3. Request assistance

If you are blocked from completing an action or need content in another usable format, email contact@dropeat.co.uk with the page, device and problem. We will assess practical workarounds and corrections.
