1. Make a request

Email contact@dropeat.co.uk using the subject “Data protection request”. Describe which information or right is relevant and provide enough detail to locate the records. We may ask for proportionate identity verification before disclosure or alteration.

2. Rights available

UK data protection law may give you the right to access personal data, correct inaccurate information, request deletion, restrict certain processing, object to direct marketing or other processing, request portability and challenge certain solely automated decisions. Exceptions and exemptions may apply.

3. Timing, complaints and ICO

We aim to handle valid requests within the statutory period, normally one calendar month, subject to lawful extensions where applicable. We will explain the result, restrictions or need for further evidence.

If unhappy with our response, contact us to register a data protection complaint or refer the matter to the ICO. See our Privacy Policy.
