Website Terms of Use

Rules for accessing DropEat websites, accounts and online tools.

Updated 3 November 2026 · UK / England and Wales

1. Operator and acceptance

The website and the DropEat service are operated by DROPEAT LTD, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 17557731). Contact: contact@dropeat.co.uk.

By using the website you agree to these website use terms. A separate written or electronically accepted business service agreement governs any paid service and takes priority in case of conflict.

2. Nature of the service

DropEat provides restaurant-facing information and tools relating to virtual restaurant brands, digital marketing, promotional programmes, menu onboarding, partner dashboards and related business services. Independent restaurant partners—not DROPEAT LTD merely by supplying a brand licence—are responsible for preparing and selling food to their customers.

Third-party tools and brands may have their own terms and privacy notices. A request for service or an estimate is not a promise of activation, sales volume, savings or availability.

3. Accounts and acceptable use

Use accurate information, maintain the security of log-in credentials, and tell us promptly of suspected unauthorised access. Do not upload third-party personal data without appropriate authority, infringe intellectual property, circumvent security, scrape protected areas or interfere with the service.

Business users must obtain necessary permissions from restaurant owners or authorised representatives before acting for the restaurant.

4. Estimates, illustrations and prices

Revenue illustrations, calculators and potential figures are scenarios, not guaranteed turnover, margin or profit. Actual performance depends on demand, menu pricing, platform charges, food costs and operational capacity.

Prices displayed in a different currency may be indicative unless a local tariff is specifically stated to be fixed. Any binding price, scope, taxes and contract currency are confirmed in the commercial offer.

5. Intellectual property

Site code, text, images, design and virtual-brand materials are protected by applicable intellectual property rights. Business customers may receive a limited brand-use licence under a separate agreement; no transfer of ownership arises merely by visiting or registering.

You warrant that materials you upload or submit may lawfully be processed for the purposes you request.

6. Service changes, availability and responsibility

We may update the website, suspend access for security or maintenance, and remove unlawful content. We use reasonable care but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or perfect accuracy of third-party information.

Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including fraud or liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence. Other liabilities are governed by applicable law and any specific business agreement.

7. Complaints, governing law and contact

Send concerns to contact@dropeat.co.uk. Website terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, subject to mandatory protections that may apply to a user in another jurisdiction.
